"If I could give negative stars I would. We were paying around $250 a month for about 4 months when all of a sudden they raised it to $550. When we asked why it was raised they admitted it was a mistake on their end and they will take care of it. After MULTIPLE phone calls and emails within 2 months it was still not taken care of and we received a cancelation notice. Once we received the cancelation notice we called Ray who stated there was nothing he could do and they are working on it. A couple days later we were cancelled and had to call the 800 number to get re-insured...which they charged us $250 and promised that was the correct price. As soon as it got switched back to Ray it got bumped back up to $550. I called the office again and spoke with an agent who was very rude from the start to the end with no resolution again. I can not wait to be switched to another agent."

"I have been a State Farm customer for years, but upon purchasing a new car Ray Romano’s agency has been unable to help me and my partner have reliable insurance. Over the span of 6 weeks, we were overcharged, dismissed in our concern, and reassured our policy would be fine as long as we paid our quoted amount. We received a cancellation notice and called to confirm that we did not need to pay an additional premium. Despite calling Ray’s office again TWO DAYS ago, the national office let us know our policy was cancelled and we have a lapse in insurance. Thanks very little to Ray, Sara, and Melissa. Edited 3/12/24: We reached out to your office directly for 6 weeks with no support or clear communication about our policy. This was a huge fumble on the part of your office and I will use a public review to ensure you respond to me (6 days is a lot faster than 6 weeks!) You can call me or my partner directly."

"One week of having this state farm agent and Crystal already lied and allowed another payment to come out of my account. She could not give accurate information because she did not send anything to underwriting to find my payment that's sitting in a account and not being attached to my homeowners. Her excuse is it takes time well I called state farm directly and found out that she could have given me the date of when it would be looked at by underwriting but that would require her to actually send over the issue to them. Also she promised me today that no other monies would come out of my account and that was a lie, I checked my bank and a withdrawal is posting today, because she didn't remove the direct withdrawal. All lies!!!"

"I've been a State Farm member for close to 40 years,I finally found the time in my schedule to meet with Ray at his office. He's a solid man with a solid business he plans to grow. You can feel the energy of his staff every time you speak to one of them over the phone. Highly recommend: you'll have no regrets about the level of detail he puts into listening to your needs, and checking the right boxes in your policies should an unfortunate accident happen to you or your loved ones."

"In a world we’re costs continues to go up and the mentality of pay or go away is running rampant in the service industry, it’s nice to know that there are still some professionals out there. I was considering going back to my old agent for my auto and who I still had my homeowners with. I tried to get someone on the office on the phone with me and I was able to once in 3 weeks. They understood my policy was expiring and time was a factor, did they care? Nope. Never bothered to return my calls after they said they would. The receptionist said she gave my agent my messages but apparently was too busy to acknowledge my existence with a simple call back. Finally I had had enough. With one day remaining before my current look I was set to expire, I got everything settled with Ray’s office in one call. I felt so comfortable with the experience I ended up buying a life policy too."
