"So far I have nothing but great things to say. I was with Progressive for 12 years, and in the last few years, every 6 months it kept going up and up. So I decided to shop around. I actually had just taken a policy from Allstate, which was lower than Progressive, but not great. "If I could give negative stars I would. We were paying around $250 a month for about 4 months when all of a sudden they raised it to $550. When we asked why it was raised they admitted it was a mistake on their end and they will take care of it. After MULTIPLE phone calls and emails within 2 months it was still not taken care of and we received a cancelation notice. Once we received the cancelation notice we called Ray who stated there was nothing he could do and they are working on it. A couple days later we were cancelled and had to call the 800 number to get re-insured...which they charged us $250 and promised that was the correct price. As soon as it got switched back to Ray it got bumped back up to $550. I called the office again and spoke with an agent who was very rude from the start to the end with no resolution again. I can not wait to be switched to another agent."
